The results are in — and oh, what a contest this has been! We received over 4,000 image submissions, from more than 80 countries and every continent on the planet!

We were in awe of the beauty, the emotion and the power we found in the pictures you sent us. They included everything from insects to carnivores, deserts to oceans, Mother Nature to newborn babes.
