Mix a hardworking outdoor photographer with ultra-challenging conditions plus a Lowepro-designed toploading camera bag—with a patented, 360° working All Weather AW Cover™— and you have the perfect formula for adventure.

About the Toploader Pro™ AW

Toploader Pro AW is built for the shooter who requires fast access, agility and flexibility. The asymmetrical shape follows the line of a pro DSLR camera for a snug, protective fit. The inventive side opening feature offers easy-grip access to capture the shot in a flash. Lowepro's patented, 360° working All Weather AW Cover™ lets you work out of the bag while protecting gear. The bag can be worn three ways to accommodate different scenarios: holster-style over the shoulder with the 3-point shoulder harness; attached to Lowepro's Street & Field™ belt system, or with our Topload Chest Harness (both sold separately).

About the Patagonian Expedition Race Adventure

Teams of four athlete/adventurers from around the world trek, climb, kayak and bike through some of the most pristine, remote and challenging places in the world.

The inspiration for the annual event comes from imitating the long-ago journeys of indigenous people over plains, mountains, forests, rivers, lakes and channels...their only guide being physical stamina and experience.

Photographer Michael Clark chronicled the race with his favorite all-terrain camera gear, including Lowepro’s Toploader Pro AW 75.

Read Michael's "Stories from the Road" race diary and see how our Toploader Pro 75 AW performed in the vast and varied terrain and waters of Patagonia.
