"I'm tremendously inspired by people.  It doesn't matter if I am shooting athletes, artists or indigenous peoples, I try to feel what they feel, see what they see.  When your subject opens up and lets you inside their world, that's when you know you've made a connection.  As a photographer, this is when my thrill meter starts climbing--like the feeling you get in your stomach during a free fall."

Jared shoots with determination and drive, telling poetic stories and creatively capturing the world around him.  His clients include editorial, corporate and advertising and he is currently working on two documentary projects. His latest expedition and documentary, "Out of the Lion's Mouth", is the exploration of Western Tibet and the Indus River, documenting the rapid changes this frontier landscape has experienced.
