"My passion in image making is drawn from my excitement in discovering vibrant color, and bold graphics. I always strive for simplification and distilling the scene to it's essence. I am an ardent user of glass and resin filters to aid in achieving the image I see in my imagination. Aside from perfunctory image processing, my work appears as captured. We conduct our Visual Artistry and Field Mentorship workshops throughout the year enthusiastically helping students to discover new avenues of personal expression."

Tony is a Nikon Legend Behind the Lens and the author of two highly acclaimed photography books, Fine Art Nature Photography, and Fine Art Flower Photography. His third book, Fine Art Photography, the Art of Interpretation will be released Jan., 2007. He is a columnist for Nikon World, Shutterbug, and Rangefinder magazines.
