Shipping Information

Christmas Holiday Notice:
We are closed for Shipping on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, 12/24, and closed for Shipping and Customer Service on Christmas Day and the Day After Christmas, Thursday, 12/25 and Friday, 12/26. Orders that would normally ship on 12/24-12/26, including Expedited orders, will not ship until Monday, 12/29.
  • For your order to arrive by December 24 via Ground service, we request that you place your order by December 16th at 8am Pacific Time.
  • For your order to arrive by December 24 via 2-Day service, we request that you place your order by December 22nd at 8am Pacific Time.
  • For your order to arrive by December 24 via Overnight service, we request that you order by December 23rd at 8am Pacific Time.
New Years Holiday Notice:
We are closed for Shipping on New Year's Eve, 12/31, and closed for Shipping and Customer Service on New Year's Day and the Day After New Year's, Thursday, 1/1, and Friday, 1/2. Orders that would normally ship 12/31-1/2, including Expedited orders, will not ship until Monday, 1/5/2015.

We ship with Fed-Ex and every order includes a tracking number that is automatically sent after your order ships. Orders ship from our warehouse in South Bend, Indiana and require a street address for delivery (no P.O. boxes). The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

  • FedEx Overnight or 2-Day orders received before 8am Pacific time will ship the same day* (Expedited orders received after 8am Pacific time will ship the next business day)*
  • Standard Ground orders ship the following day (average 5-7 days to East/West Coast, Midwest 2-4 days)*
*does not include weekends or holidays

Lowepro does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. If you have specific needs or questions please contact usinfo@daymen.com.

U.S. eCommerce Returns Policy

At Lowepro we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

How to Return a Product Purchased from our U.S. eCommerce Site

  • No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date.
  • To secure an RMA contact Lowepro Customer Service via e-mail at e-commerce@lowepro.com
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via Lowepro.com
  • Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
  • It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
  • If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
  • Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.

Important Things to Know

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects.
  • Your order may be shipped in separate boxes, and they may be delivered at separate times.
