Christmas Holiday Notice:
We are closed for Shipping on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, 12/24, and closed for Shipping and Customer Service on Christmas Day and the Day After Christmas, Thursday, 12/25 and Friday, 12/26. Orders that would normally ship on 12/24-12/26, including Expedited orders, will not ship until Monday, 12/29.
New Years Holiday Notice:
- For your order to arrive by December 24 via Ground service, we request that you place your order by December 16th at 8am Pacific Time.
- For your order to arrive by December 24 via 2-Day service, we request that you place your order by December 22nd at 8am Pacific Time.
- For your order to arrive by December 24 via Overnight service, we request that you order by December 23rd at 8am Pacific Time.
We are closed for Shipping on New Year's Eve, 12/31, and closed for Shipping and Customer Service on New Year's Day and the Day After New Year's, Thursday, 1/1, and Friday, 1/2. Orders that would normally ship 12/31-1/2, including Expedited orders, will not ship until Monday, 1/5/2015.
We ship with Fed-Ex and every order includes a tracking number that is automatically sent after your order ships. Orders ship from our warehouse in South Bend, Indiana and require a street address for delivery (no P.O. boxes). The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.
