Shipping Information

Memorial Day Holiday Notice:
Our warehouse and offices will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2016 for Memorial Day. Orders that would normally ship that day, including Expedited orders, will instead ship on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.

We ship via FedEx to the 48 contiguous states and USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Every order includes a tracking number which is automatically sent after your order ships. Orders ship from our warehouse in South Bend, Indiana and require a street address for delivery (no P.O. boxes). The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Lowepro offers free domestic ground shipping for orders $50.00 and over.
  • FedEx Overnight or 2-Day orders received before 8am Pacific time will ship the same day* (Expedited orders received after 8am Pacific time will ship the next business day)*
  • Standard Ground orders ship the following day (average 5-7 days to East/West Coast, Midwest 2-4 days, Alaska & Hawaii 5-10 days )*

U.S. eCommerce Returns Policy

At Lowepro we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

How to Return a Product Purchased from our U.S. eCommerce Site

  • No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date.

  • Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
  • It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
  • If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
  • Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.
