Shipping Information

We ship via UPS to the United States. Every order includes a tracking number which is automatically sent after your order ships. Orders ship from our warehouse in Memphis, Tennesee and require a street address for delivery (no P.O. boxes). The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Lowepro offers free domestic ground shipping for orders $50.00 and over.
  • Overnight or 2-Day orders received before 8am Pacific time will ship the same day* (Expedited orders received after 8am Pacific time will ship the next business day)*
  • Standard Ground orders average 5-7 days to East/West Coast, Midwest 2-4 days to the Midwest and 5-10 days to Alaska & Hawaii *

Currency, Payments and Transactions

  • All orders and payments are made in US Dollar.
  • Payments will appear on your credit card statement as DAYMEN ASIA LIMITED
  • DayMen Asia Limited is a Hong Kong based company. Some credit card companies will choose to charge a foreign transaction fee because our merchant account is based in Hong Kong. You may contact your credit card company and they may elect to reverse these fees. We are unable to refund any fees charged by your credit card.

U.S. eCommerce Returns Policy

At Lowepro we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

How to Return a Product Purchased from our U.S. eCommerce Site

  • No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date.

  • Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
  • It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
  • If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
  • Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.
