To redeem, simply make your purchase via our website or authorised retailer, then complete the redemption form below. You must submit your claim with 28 days of making your purchase.

WHEN CAN I SUBMIT MY CASHBACK CLAIM?
Valid cashback claims can be submitted immediately after purchase. You will have 28 days to submit a valid claim from this point. Any claim not submitted in the valid claim period time will not be valid.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CASHBACK PAYMENT?
You can complete a valid claim immediately after purchase, once your claim has been verified you will receive confirmation of approval and the payment within 28 days via bank transfer.
IT’S BEEN 28 DAYS SINCE I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY CASHBACK YET, WHAT DO I DO?
Please check you have received a confirmation email following submission of your claim and an email confirming claim verification approval. If you have received both, please check your bank statement for payment. If you have not received payment after making these checks within the time specified, then please contact our cashback support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHY HAS MY CLAIM BEEN REJECTED?
All claims will be verified before payment is made and you will receive confirmation of claim acceptance. Claims will be rejected for the following reasons:
- Claim not submitted within valid promotional and claim timings as specified in terms and conditions
- Claim not submitted with valid proof of purchase as specified in terms and conditions
- Purchase not made with authorised retailer as specified in terms and conditions
- Product is not valid for this promotion
WHAT DO I NEED TO CLAIM MY CASHBACK?
To claim your cashback you need to complete the claim form and supply all details including valid proof of purchase and product serial number (you can find this on the box of the product you have purchased).
WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE I CAN CLAIM MY CASHBACK?
The valid claim period is activated immediately after purchase and is valid for 28 days from this date.

Unfortunately, cashback claims will not be accepted without valid proof of purchase.

After completing the cashback claim form you will receive a confirmation email confirming your submissions within 24 hour. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk email or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
