How long does a refund take?

The average refund time is typically 14 days from the day the returned parcel is received at our warehouse.

When an order is placed, funds are held, and payments are processed once the order is released to our warehouse. If an order is cancelled before warehouse release, the held funds will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

In the case of a shipment being refused, a return will be processed. The refund will be received within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed.
