• All orders and payments are made in Canadian Dollars.
• Payments will appear on your credit card statement as GENTEC INTERNATIONAL

Shipping Information

Order fulfillment is through Gentec International, the authorized Canadian distributor for Lowepro. The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped same day. All orders placed after this time will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends and/or recognized Canadian national holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Canadian eCommerce Returns Policy

At Lowepro we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. A summary of your legal rights in relation to the products is set out at on our returns page.
