Raised on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Chandler Borries always had a strong desire to see the world. Having the opportunity to travel from an early age, he was able to appreciate the ways in which people live. These experiences inspired and developed his fascination to seek out diverse cultures. Documenting his travels allows him to capture moments he can relive at another time.
After a year of traveling in Australia 2015, Chandler loaded up his camera gear and set out on a trip around the world. This trip originally inspired him to pursue photography and cinematography as a career. Throughout his travels, Chandler has shot for iconic brands like Arc’teryx, National Geographic Lodges and Marriott. Through the medium of culture, nature, and adventure, his goal is to tell stories that inspire others.
"I believe that my best work comes from shooting in ideal conditions, which are lighting, composition and timing. To create these conditions, I need the optimal gear. To me, that gear is Lowepro.
